Ventura Homes Processing Procedure
1. Once a request is received via e-mail or phone, our team will contact you as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.
2. Our team is available Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm to process these requests.
3. Based on the request, an inspection may be necessary to determine if the repair is covered under the warranty or deemed a home maintenance item. If a service request is deemed a warranted item, one of our warranty specialists will tend to the repair as soon as possible.
*Charges from companies you contract yourself will not be covered by home warranty or reimbursed by Ventura Homes.
